Right against exploitation : 

By providing right against exploitation to all citizen under article 23 and 24, our constitution makers have tried to abolish all the chances of exploitation. 

The following provisions have been made under this right: 

  •  Prohibition of human trafficking and forced labour (Article 23) : 

This article prohibits forced labour. There has always existed the tradition of slavery in some or other form for centuries in our country. In this tradition, agricultural, labourers, bonded labourers, women and children were exploited by forcing them to do manual labour. All such forms of human exploitation have been declared punishable according to law. 

  • Prohibition of child labour (Article) : 

According to its, the children of the age of 14 or less cannot be employed in the factories, mines and other hazardous works.
