The beast was the donkey. They begged in their best manner by extending there hands. They thought that it was a human but it was the donkey that licked their hands. They thought that it was very soft hand. Soon the donkey left them. Then they come to know that it was an animal. It was difficult for them to decide what the animal was? They started discussing on the animal. They both were suggesting different names. This made the other one crazy and angry. They started fighting over the issue. They both were angry at each other. In between their anger and fight the beast started braying. Then they came to know that it was the donkey. This was the main reason of fighting between the two blind men.
जानवर गधा था। वे अपने सबसे अच्छे अन्दाज में हाथ आगे निकाल कर माँगने लगे। वें सोचने लगे थे कि यह एक आदमी था परन्तु यह गधा था जो उनके हाथों को चाटने लगा था। उन्होंने सोचा कि यह बहुत मुलायम हाथ थे। जल्दी ही गधा उनको छोड़कर चला गया। तब उन्हें पता चला कि यह एक जानवर था। यह निर्णय करना उनके लिए कठिन था कि यह जानवर कौनसा था? वे उस जानवर पर चर्चा करने लगे। वे दोनों अलग-अलग नाम बता रहे थे। इससे दूसरा खीझ रहा था और गुस्सा हो रहा था। वे इस बिन्दु पर लड़ने लगे थे। वे दोनों एक-दूसरे पर गुस्सा हो रहे थे। उनके गुस्से और लड़ाई के बीच में जानवर रेंकने लगा। तब उनको पता चला कि यह गधा था। दोनों अंधों के मध्य लड़ाई का यह मुख्य कारण था।
