3. Always eat clean and covered food.
4. Eat food at definite time.
5. Food should be taken tension free and patiently.
6. Take balanced diet.
7. Chew food properly.
8. Take fiber rich food and green leafy vegetables as salad.
9. Do not eat too much.
10. Eat all types of food.
11. Do not talk while eating.
12. Drink water 1 hour after eating.
13. Do not leave food unused because it is considered as “Anna Devta” in Granthas.
