Best answer

Cost price = Rs 7,250

Selling price = Rs 6,090

∴ Loss = Cost price – Selling price

= 7,250 – 6,090

= Rs 1,160

∵ Loss on Rs 7,250 = 1,160

∴ Loss on Rs 1 = Rs 1160/7250

∴ Loss on Rs 100 = Rs 1160/7250 x 100 = Rs 16

Hence, % loss of Mohan = 16%
