Given that:

tan θ = 3/5

We know that,

Slope of a line, m = tan θ

Slope of line, m = 3/5

Since, the lines cut off intercepts – 3 on y – axis then the line is passing through the point (0, -3).

So, the equation of line is

y – y1 = m(x – x1)

⇒ 5y + 15 = 3x

⇒ 5y – 3x + 15 = 0

Hence, the correct option is (a)
