When x = 1 ⇒ y = 2(1) + 1 = 2 + 1 = 3

When x = 2 ⇒ y = 2(2) + 1 = 4 + 1 = 5

When x = 3 ⇒ y = 2(3) + 1 = 6 + 1 = 7

When x = 4 ⇒ y = 2(4) + 1 = 8 + 1 = 9

When x = 5 ⇒ y = 2(5) + 1 = 10 + 1 = 11
