Given, applied force, f = 8 N.
Distance of the point of application of force from the axis of rotation, `r = 20 cm = (20)/(100)m`
Hence, Torque `(tau) = F xx r`
` = 8 N xx (20)/(100)m`
` = 1.6 N` m
