Draw a circle of radius 2cm and mark a diameter AB which is 4cm. Mark a point P from one end A is 3 cm apart on the diameter.

Draw a chord C D perpendicular to AB. 

Complete triangle C AD. Using PA x PB = PD² , PD= √3. 

Now we get AD = AC = C D = 2√3 

Height AP = 3cm.
