Here AB = 6 cm , BC = 9 cm, CD = 12 cm, and SP= 36 cm,
since PA, QB , RC , SD are all perpendiculars to l .
PA||QB||RC||SD
and PA:QR:RS = AB : BC: CD
6:9:12 = 2 :3:4
Let PQ = 2x, QR = 3x and RS = 4x
Given That , PS = 36 cm
`Rightarrow " " 2x+3x +4x = 36`
9x= 36
x=4
`PQ=2x=2xx4=8cm`
` QR= 3x = 3xx4 = 12 cm `
`RS= 4x= 4xx 4 = 16 cm`
