Best answer
Correct Answer - B
Given, h=x cm, `theta=phi`
let, e=length of mercury column
`therefore (lamda)/(l)=sin(90^(@)-phi) implies (x)/(l)=cos phi`
`implies l=x//cos phi=x "sec" phi`
