The movable stopper will adjust to a position with equal
Pressure on either sides. Applying ideal gas equation to the
two gases, we get
`PV_1=n_1RT=m/(M_1)RT,PV_2=n_2RT=m/(M_2)RT`
Hence, `(V_2)/(V_1)=(M_1)/(M_2)=32/28=8/7`
`alpha=(360^@)/(8+7)xx8=192^@`
