`alpha + beta = -b/a, alphabeta = c/a`,
`alpha + h + beta + h = -q/p`
`rArr alpha + beta + 2h = -q/p`
`rArr - b/a + 2h = (-q)/(p)`
`rArr h = 1/2 (b/a - q/p)`
