`rArr lambda prop 1/sqrtE`
`lambda_1/lambda_2=sqrt(E_2/E_1)`
`rArr 10^(-10)/(0.5xx10^(-10))=sqrt(E_1/E_2)`
`rArr E_2=4E_1 `
hence , added energy =`E_2-E_1=3E_1`
