`W=(hc)/(lambda_(0))=(4.14 xx 10^(-15)xx3xx10^(8))/(3250xx10^(-10))=3.821 ` eV
`hv=(hc)/(lambda)=(hc)/(lambda)=(4.14xx10^(-15)xx3xx10^(8))/(2536xx10^(-10))=4.897 ` eV
`(1)/(2) mv^(2) = hv-W = 4.897 - 3.821`
`=1.076 ` eV
`=1.076xx1.6xx10^(-19) J`
