Correct Answer - C
In series combination charge on each plate of each capacitor has the same magnitude.
The potential difference is distributed inversely in the ratio of capacitors, i.e.,
`V = V_(1) + V_(2) + V_(3)`..
Here, `V = 3V`
The equivalent capacitance `C_(s)` is given by
`(1)/(C_(s)) = (1)/(C_(1))+(1)/(C_(2))+(1)/(C_(3))+..`
`C_(s) = (C )/(3)`
