Ammeter reading, `i = (E_("rms"))/(sqrt(R^(2) + (omega L - (1)/(omega C))^(2)))`
and `R = 4 + 6 = 10 Omega`
voltmeter reading, `V = i sqrt(R_(1)^(2) + (omega L - (1)/(omega C))^(2))` and `R_(1) = 4 Omega`
