Best answer
Correct Answer - B
The current exists in the loop for time-interval `t=0` to `t=5s` and `t=20` to `t=25s` i.e., for time `t=10sec`
`H=(e^(2))/(R)t=(3xx10^(-4))xx10/(4.5xx10^(-3))=2xx10^(-4)J`
