Best answer

Dimensions of density is [L-3M1T0]

0.8 g cm-3 = conversion factor \((n)\times\,Kg\) m-3 .....(1)

= 0.8 [10-3] [10-2]-3

= 0.8 [10-3] [10]6

n = 0.8 × 103

Substituting the value of ‘n’ in equation (1).

we get, 0.8 g cm3 = 0.8 × 103 kg m-3.

Density of oil in S.l unit is 0.8 × 103 kg m-3.
