Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 1 : Rs. 5,334

Given:

Total money is Rs. 50000

A’s part in the money is 2/3

B’s part in the remaining amount is 1/5

Ratio of remaining amount divided between C and D is 2 : 3

Calculation:

Amount taken by A,

⇒ Total money × A’s part in the money

⇒ 50,000 × 2/3 = Rs. 33,333 (approx)

Remaining amount = 50000 – 33333

⇒ Rs. 16667 (approx).

Amount taken by B,

⇒ Remaining amount × B’s part in the remaining amount

⇒ 16667 × 1/5

⇒ Rs. 3333 (approx)

Remaining amount,

⇒ 16667 – 3333

⇒ Rs. 13334 (approx)

Share taken by C,

⇒ Remaining amount × ratio part of C/Total of ratio of C and D

⇒ (13334 × 2)/5 = Rs. 5334 (approx)

Share of C is Rs. 5334 (approx).
