Calculation:

Let the hours taken be h and the number of canvas painted be c.

⇒ 19 × 7 × 9 = 57 × 21 × h/c

⇒ h = c

Option A can be true.

So, h = 3 hr and c = 3 canvas

∴ The options B and C are not possible.
