Correct Answer - Option 2 : 5.55 kHz

Signal frequency is the reciprocal of the signal time period.

Signal time period = scale setting × divisions per cycle

Given that, scale setting = 30 μs/cm

One cycle of square wave signal observed on an oscilloscope is found to occupy 6 cm i.e. the divisions per cycle = 6 cm

Signal time period = 30 × 6 = 180 μs

Time period = 1/180μs = 5.55 kHz
