Time period, \(T = \frac{{2\pi }}{\omega } = \frac{{2\pi }}{{200\pi }} = \frac{1}{{100}}\)

Frequency, f = 1/T = 100 Hz

Hence the minimum sampling rate required to avoid aliasing = 2f = 200 Hz
