Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 4 : 13.85%

Given:

% population increased in 2018 = 15%

Calculation:

Let initial population be a.

Total population after 3 years = a × 115/100 × 110/100 × 90/100 = 1.1385a

∴ Required percentage increase = (1.1385a - a)/a × 100 = 13.85%
