Correct Answer - Option 4 : 133

Concept:

Face value is simply defined as the digit itself within a number.

The place value of a digit should be multiplied by the digit value of the position where it is located.

The highest common factor is HCF i.e. highest common factor present among the given numbers.

Calculation:

The place value of 8 in 976845 is 800

The highest common factor of 4, 14, and 24 is 2

Let the unknown value be y

According to the question

800 - 2 = 6 × y

⇒ y = 798 / 6 = 133
