  • The factors of production are divided into four categories:
    • Land
    • Labour
    • Capital
    • Entrepreneur.
  • The earnings made by the use of these factors of production is known as factor income.
  • Land gives rent, labourer gets wages, capital earns interest and entrepreneur enjoys profit.
