Given,

The numbers = 20% and 40% 

 Calculation

Let third number = 100

⇒ 1st number = 80

⇒ 2nd number = 60

⇒  2nd No. should be enhanced to make it equal to first no

⇒  (20/60) × 100 = 33.33%

∴  the percentage = 33.33%
