Correct Answer - Option 5 : 16.66%

Calculation:

Let the initial cost of the fresh strawberries = 100

Packaging cost = 20

∴ Initial total cost = 120

After increasing in cost of fresh strawberries by 30%, then cost of fresh strawberries = 130

Cost of packaging goes down by 50%, then the cost of packaging = 10

∴ total cost after changes = 130 + 10

⇒ 140

∴ increased Cost = 140 – 120

⇒ 20

∴ % increased = 20/120 × 100

⇒ 16.66%

the percentage change of the cost of packed strawberries is 16.66%.
