Calculations :
Total number of chocolates of A = 20 + x

Total number of chocolates of C = 45 + 30 = 75

(20 + x) : (30 + y) : 75 = 1 : 2 : 3
For value of y
(30 + y) : 75 = 2 : 3
⇒ (30 + y)/75 = 2/3
⇒ y = 20
For value of x
(20 + x) : 75 =n 1 : 3
⇒ (20 + x)/75 = 1/3
⇒ x = 5
Now Ratio of x to y = x : y
⇒ 5 : 20
