Sides having right angles are 6 cm, 6 cm.
Sides forming the right angle a = 6 cm, b = 6 cm
Area of a right-angled triangle
= \(\frac {1}2\) × Product of sides forming the right angle
= \(\frac {1}2\) × a × b
= \(\frac {1}2\) × 6 × 6
= 6 × 3 = 18 sq.cm.

Area of a right-angled triangle
