We need to find the value of (−4a−3)2

Let us first multiply the index -3 with 2, we get

−3×2 = −6

Now, we need to simplify −42

−4= −4 × −4 = 16

So, (−4a−3)2

= 16a−6

= 1/16a6

Therefore, the value of (−4a−3)2is 1/16a6.
