A. Mn2O7 is an oil at room temperature

  • Manganese heptoxide (Mn2O7) is a dark green oily liquid at room temperature, making this statement correct.

B. V2O4 reacts with acid to give VO22+ ✅

  • Vanadium(IV) oxide (V2O4) reacts with acids, reducing to VO22+, so this statement is correct.

C. CrO is a basic oxide

  • Chromium(II) oxide (CrO) is a basic oxide, making this statement correct.

D. V2O5 does not react with acid

  • Vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) is amphoteric and reacts with both acids and bases. So, this statement is incorrect.

Correct Answer: A, B, and C
