Best answer

Correct option is (B) 2

Given,

\( f(x)=x^4-2 x^3-x+2\)

\(g(x)=x^2-3 x+2 \)

Dividing

\(q(x)=x^2+x+1\)

\(\therefore\) The degree of the quotient is 2.
