Best answer

Given: R = 5 cm = 5 × 10−2 m,

T = 1h = 3600 s

For the minute hand of the clock,

 i. The angular velocity is 1.74 × 10–3 rad/s.

 ii. The linear velocity of the tip is 8.7 × 10–5 m/s.
