The poem, ‘The Divine Image’ suggests that the image of God is reflected in human beings. God is characterised by mercy, pity, peace and love. Since God made man in his own image, man also has these virtues. Thus the poem suggests that in his best qualities, man embodies God Himself.
कविता ‘The Divine Image’ यह सन्देश देती है कि मानव में भगवान का रूप दिखायी देता है। भगवान में दया, करुणा, शान्ति और प्रेम के गुण होते है। क्योंकि भगवान ने मनुष्य को अपने रूप में ही बनाया है, मानव में भी ये गुण है। इस प्रकार कविता यह सन्देश देती है कि अपने सर्वश्रेष्ठ गुणों में मानव स्वयं भगवान को साकार करता है।
