It is given that

∫x cosec2 x dx

We can write it as

By integrating w.r.t x

= x(- cot x) – ∫1(- cot x) dx

So we get

= – x cot x + ∫cot x dx

Again by integration we get

= – x cot x + log|sin x| + c
