Correct Answer - Option 3 : 4 days

Given:

Time taken by 40 persons to consume 240 kg = 15 days 

Formula used:

(M1 × D1)/W1 = (M2 × D2)/W2 

Calculation:

(40 × 15)/240 = (30 × D2)/48 

⇒ (40 × 15 × 48)/240 × 30 = D2 

⇒ D2 = 4 

∴ The required no of days are 4.
