Temperature coefficients of the meterial is given by
`alpha = (R_(2) - R_(1))/(R_(1)(t_(2) - t_(1))) or 1.790xx10^(-4) = (117 - 100)/(100(t_(2) - 27))`
or `t_(2) = 1000 +27 =1027^(@)C`
