On these special occasions people generally hire the loud speakers and band parties. They are the devices of producing high sound. The pitch of sound is often kept high which is unbearable for the sick and sensitive persons. They may get shocks, but we do not bother about this uncivilized manner. Besides, the high pitched sounds produced by these devices shake the buildings. The assume that these buildings may not get collapse by this high pitched sound.
इस तरह के अवसरों पर लोग सामान्यत: बैंड पार्टी और लाउडस्पीकर आदि का उपयोग भाड़े पर लेकर करते हैं। ये सभी अत्यंत उच्च ध्वनि उत्पन्न करने वाले उपकरण है। इनकी आवाज को इतना अधिक रखा जाता है कि इससे निकलनेवाली ध्वनि के प्रभाव को भावुक और बीमार आदमी सहन नहीं कर सकते। हो सकता है कि वे इससे परेशान हो जाएँ लेकिन हम इस असभ्य तरीके पर कोई ध्यान नहीं देते है। इसके साथ ही इन उपकरणों से निकलने वाली इस उच्च ध्वनि के प्रभाव से इमारतें भी हिलने लग जाती है। उम्मीद की जाती है कि ये इमारतें संभवत: इस उच्च ध्वनि के प्रभाव से नहीं गिरेंगी।
