Some people think that the muscle power is stronger than the brain power. With this power they encroach upon the public property as their own. They consider the footpaths as their own property and install shops over them. this act creates problems for the common people. actually they are selfish and they have no care for the peace loving and law abiding people. In this way the rights of common people are snatched away by the people with the muscle power.
कुछ लोग यह सोचते हैं कि शारीरिक ताकत दिमागी ताकत से खड़ी है। इस क्षमता के आधार पर सार्वजनिक संपत्ति पर अधिकार यह सोचकर कर लेते हैं कि यह उन्हीं का है। वे फुटपाथ को अपनी संपत्ति मान बैठते हैं और उस पर अपनी दुकान लगा लेते हैं। उनका यह कार्य जन सामान्य के लिए परेशानी खड़ा करता है। वास्तव में वे स्वार्थी लोग होते हैं। और उन्हें शांतिप्रय लोगों का कोई खयाल नहीं होता है। इस क्रम में सामान्य नागरिकों के अधिकारों का हनन शारीरिक क्षमता से युक्त लोगों के द्वारा कर लिया जाता है।
